I had a great experience with Dr. Cindy Hsu at DFW Periodontics & Implant Dentistry. I had two implants done, and everything went smoothly through the entire process. The office is well run, organized, and efficient. Dr. Hsu and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hsu and her staff are fantastic. I got a gum graft done on my bottom 4 teeth around late August 2024, following a referral from my dentist and an initial check-in appointment. From start to finish, Dr. Hsu's team was cordial, professional, and highly transparent about all of the steps of the process, including costs from insurance vs. out-of-pocket, as well as the available methods of sedation for my procedure. Post-operation check-ins were quick, and I healed up beautifully in just 3 weeks (during which I was working, traveling, etc). I'm young and in pretty good shape, so I'm guessing mileage will vary on recovery time, but nonetheless it all came together pretty well. Dr. Hsu genuinely takes pride in her work, and makes sure that her patients are comfortable with their work and informed on what they need to do. Not once have I been anxious about working with her despite how scary oral surgery can seem. I'm very, very glad that I went to her practice and am thankful for everything!

Dr Hsu and her staff are wonderful. My husband went in for his periodontal needs and felt so at ease. She is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. The office is quiet and has a warm inviting feel. I highly recommend Dr Hsu to anyone.

Enjoyed my visit to Dr. Hsu office. From the front to the back, the staff were very polite and attentive. Dr. Hsu was patient with me and explained her diagnosis very clearly. She answered all my question and was super pleasant to talk to.

I was referred to Dr. Hsu via my dentist and I couldn’t be more pleased! It was determined that I needed a both a gum and bone graft on two front teeth after several months of unexplained, persistent irritation. Dr. Hsu gave a thorough exam and provided me with all relevant options. Three weeks ago I had my surgery under oral sedation and I can honestly say this was one of the most dental experiences I’ve ever had! The staff was amazing, the surgery was quick and painless. Even after surgery, there was minimal discomfort. Dr. Hsu personally called me the day after my surgery and her office even sent a thank you/check in card to me in the mail a few days after. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and I’m glad that I’ll be under her care going forward!
